THIS WAS THE FIRST, 1ST, FLORIDA, FL, CONFERENCE, CONCLAVE, NECKERCHIEF. IT IS THE VARIETY WITH THE TAN, NOT WHITE SHIELD, (WHICH COULD BE THE COUNCIL OF CHIEFS SPECIAL NECKERCHIEF). THESE NECKERCHIEFS AND PATCHES FROM THE FLORIDA CONFERENCE WERE ONE PER DELEGATE, UNTIL THE 1970 CONFERENCE THAT 326 TIPISA HOSTED.

THIS IS A VERY TOUGH YEAR TO GET!! THIS NECKERCHIEF HAS OVERSEAS EMBROIDERY.

THIS NECKERCHIEF IS SO NICE, IT IS LIKE THE DAY IT WAS MADE. YOU WOULD HAVE DO A LOT OF SEARCHING TO FIND ONE AS CLEAN AS THIS ONE IS. THIS IS THE JEWEL IN THE CROWN OF FLORIDA CONFERENCE NECKERCHIEFS!!

THIS NECKERCHIEF IS VERY WHITE, AND CLEAN, PROBABLY NEVER WORN, PERFECT!! PLEASE SEE FRONT AND BACK PICTURES ABOVE! Red/Orange, ROR, Lettering, " 1959 Area 6E Conference, W W W ", and Zuni Sun. Black, BLK, Outlines and Details On Shield and Feathers Hanging From It. Tan, TAN, Horizontal, HOR, Stitched Center Stretched Animal Skin Shield.

CONCLAVE, CONFERENCE ITEMS ARE NOT ON John Pannell's oaimages Website, OAI. This Neckerchief Was For ALL Florida Lodge Members Who Attended and Participated In The 1959 Area 6-E Florida OA Conference or Conclave, and Was For Wear With The BSA Scout Uniform. THIS FLORIDA CONCLAVE WAS HOSTED BY O- SHOT- CAW LODGE 265 AT CAMP SEBRING IN THE CENTER OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA. THIS IS THE ONLY ONE WE HAVE AVAILABLE, SO DON'T HESITATE!!

THESE SECTION CONCLAVES WERE VERY POPULAR, AND OFFERED GREAT TRAINING, COMPETITION, FOOD, FELLOWSHIP, AND PATCH TRADING. AT THIS POINT IN FLORIDA PATCH HISTORY MOST LODGES ONLY A FEW FLAP ISSUES, A FEW ODD SHAPES, AND A FEW NECKERCHIEFS, NOT LIKE TODAY WHEN THERE ARE NEW STANDARD ISSUES COMING OUT EVERY YEAR. LODGES LIKE 85 SEMINOLE, 237 AAL PA TAH, 265 O SHOT CAW, 326 TIPISA, 340 TIMUQUAN, AND 385 YUSTAGA HAD NON RESTRICTED PATCH ISSUES SO THEIR TRADING WAS PLENTIFUL. LODGES 200 ECHOCKOTEE, 239 SEMIALACHEE, 391 CHIRIQUI, 552 ECKALE YAKANEN, AND 564 OSCEOLA HAD RESTRICTED PATCH ISSUES MAKING TRADING TAKE MUCH LONGER AS THEY WERE SEVERAL TO ONE WITH STRICT LIMITS ON HOW MANY YOU COULD GET A YEAR. THIS HELD UP TRADING, AND MADE SOME TRADES TAKE SEVERAL HOURS.

THIS IS WHY THE NATIONAL ORDER OF THE ARROW HAS BANNED RESTRICTIONS ON LODGE ORDER OF THE ARROW ITEMS THE IDEA IS TO PROMOTE FRIENDSHIP AND FELLOWSHIP! WE DEDICATE THIS E-BAY LISTING TO 265 O SHOT CAW MEMBER MARTIN RUBIN WHO PASSED AT THE END OF FEBRUARY, 2016. AN OUTSTANDING ARROWMAN, WHO WORKED WITH THE OA CEREMONIES AND ELANGOMAT PROGRAMS, SCOUTER, AND FRIEND! FATHER TURTLE, YOU WILL BE MISSED BY THOSE WHOSE LIVES YOU TOUCHED!
